okay, so i havent been on AIM that much lately. part of the reason is I havent been at the computer that much, and when I am it's just to update my journal and such. I've been trying to curb the anxiousness I've been feeling, and the wierdest event occured that cured it.
I went to school. yesterday. and as soon as I walked in the door, my anxiety faded. I was calm and collected for the first time in weeks, and falling asleep was easier than any night in the last two weeks. Which tells me two things
1. my anxiety can be controlled.
2. I need to do more.
Maybe i just need more human contact, or maybe I need to be more active. The ironic part is I havent felt like it because of the anxiousness, but I guess the phrase 'once your there, youll feel better' rings true for my situation. I've been incorporating natural supplements with my medication safely and im hoping to implement more natural and less medical as time goes on. But I dont know if its ever
possible to go completely natural with my problems, I hope so, but only time will tell.

Glad you're feeling better. Anxiety's a bitch. On another note, I think the gates are opening this weekend!!!! Hoping I'll be there, and you as well, but I know you're busy so I'll just hope, but no pressure cause I'd rather you do what needs to be done of course. Check ya later Mike, stay safe.
Anxiety sucks in a MAJOR way! What are the natural supplements you're taking? (I'm interested in this type of thing, that's why I ask!!)
I'm so glad to hear you're doing better! It makes sense that you would not be feeling anxious in a place where you are the smartest person in the room.
Fingers crossed that these natural supplements will help to curb the chemicals. It looks like you're headed in the right direction regardless.
P.S. Talking to you is like Christmas. Every day. :)
Nautral supplements im taking are
- Calcium- magnesium
- vitamins B-100
- Vitamin C
Nothing ever wrong with taking vitamins, Mike. They can only help you, not hinder you. Just remember to be careful if you ever start looking at minerals or herbs ... they can quite often interact with the medications you're on -- and not in a nice way. I learned that the hard way just by taking something as simple as Airborne; echinacea and my meds don't mix.
Glad to hear that your'e feeling a bit better ... remember I've always got an ear if you need one who knows what its like on the other side. ~myst
New post title for you:
"Why my friends miss me"
Cause you make them happy.
Course I, and I'm sure your other friends can agree, understand you're busy, just want to make sure you're alive.
ditto to meg there.,,
Long time between blogs, mike. How's it all working out with the natural supplements etc?
Everything okay?
